In addition to our knowledge of the real estate market, we employ hands-on experience gained from over 1500 office, retail, multi-family, medical and industrial development to maximize the potential of each site. From site selection and planning, to construction coordination and tenant finish, our development expertise is used to determine the proper design, choice of building materials, and selection of professionals, in order to obtain proper aesthetics, cost, viable economic life, and financial return. Our procedures and experience make us exceptionally qualified to take any project from inception to final completion. As a development client of The Osborne Company, you receive the benefits of our knowledge of all aspects of real estate and the savings generated by our straight forward “Open Book” policy. We offer development services on a fee basis, or we can build to suit for lease or purchase. The Osborne Company also enters into joint venture agreements in order to lessen the projects’ overall cost and provide long term investment opportunities.
